Vice President

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the President/CEO and Board of Directors to develop and implement the organization’s strategic plan.
  • Program Oversight: Guide program development, evaluation, and improvement to ensure alignment with mission and community needs.
  • Fundraising & Development: Partner with the development team to design and execute fundraising strategies, cultivate donor relationships, and oversee major campaigns or events.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effective resource allocation.
  • Financial Stewardship: Support budget planning, monitor expenditures, and promote financial sustainability.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the organization at public events, build partnerships, and serve as a spokesperson to advance visibility and credibility.
  • Staff Leadership: Mentor and supervise senior managers, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

 

Phone Intake Specialist

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct intake interviews to gather personal, demographic, and service-related information.
  • Assess caller needs and determine eligibility or appropriateness for services.
  • Accurately enter and update client information in the database.
  • Provide basic information about services, policies, and procedures.
  • Route calls to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA or other applicable regulations.

 

Director of Technology & Innovation

  • Advises on technology needs and digital tools 
  • Oversees IT infrastructure and data security
  • Supports tech-based program delivery (e.g., digital cognitive tools

 

Director of Programs & Services

  • Oversees the design and implementation of foundation programs
  • Ensures alignment with the mission and community needs 
  • Evaluates program effectiveness and impact

 

Treasurer

  • Oversees financial management and reporting 
  • Works with accountants/bookkeepers to ensure fiscal responsibility 
  • Presents financial updates to the board
